We keep inventory with domestic and international warehouses which provide fast US and global shipping. Most orders will be on a flight to your country within 24 hours of placing your order.

International Shipping is temporarily disabled until further notice due to pandemic-related reasons

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?

Yes! We offer a grace period for order cancellation before fulfillment takes place.

Your order will be cancelled and refunded in full as soon as we get your request, so as the order has not shipped out yet. 

If you would still like a refund once your order has been shipped out, you will have to initiate our standard returns process. (Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page)


How do I return or exchange an item?

Our return policy is effective for 30 days from the time your order is delivered.

What types of Payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.


What are your shipping options?

What if the item I ordered arrived broken or damaged?

We’ll make it up to you. You can request a refund, or an exchange/store credit. Please contact us at support@accentstudiola.com


Where do you ship from?

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, and Eastern Asia. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.


I am missing items from my order

Depending on the items you have ordered and our current stock at different locations, they may have been shipped out from different warehouse locations.

We fully guarantee and ensure that your package will arrive; if you find that your package has NOT arrived as per the timeline outlined on our Shipping FAQ page, please contact us at support@accentstudiola.com and we’ll get you sorted!

Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

 

Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers fast Domestic and International Shipping with tracking. We want your experience to be as smooth and upfront as possible - just the way we like it.

 

For Non-US Customers * Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.



What are your shipping and processing times?

Shipping Times

Shipping time is dependent on option chosen at checkout. We currently have two shipping options:

Standard DHL® Menial Shipping (7-12 Business Days)

and

Expedited Priority DHL® Shipping (2-7 Days Business Days)

Processing Times

 

Orders take 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. 

 

Where can I find my tracking number?

 

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

 

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays

 

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
